Freshness, freshness and freshness again! And what else is needed for health and beauty ?! If you follow the recommendations of doctors, then this drink is an ideal "first breakfast". And after an hour or two, you can have a denser breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the melon in half, spoon out the seeds and fibers, cut the flesh into pieces, leaving one long piece to decorate. Cut off the crust from the remaining pieces.
  2. Place the pulp in a blender. Remove the mint leaves from the twigs (save a few leaves for decoration) and add to a blender.
  3. Cut a couple of pretty slices from the limes. Juice the limes and pour into a blender too.
  4. Whisk everything together until smooth. You can serve this way by pouring into tall glasses with ice, or pre-strain through a sieve, squeezing thoroughly. Garnish with mint leaves, lime and melon slices.
