Nut cake with curd cream

Delicious and tender cake with curd cream - tasty and healthy.

  1. Prepare dough for walnut cake. Soften the butter, mix with sugar, grind.
  2. Beat room temperature eggs into the butter mixture. Whisk everything together lightly.
  3. Sift wheat flour, add to the dough.
  4. Pour baking soda, a third of the crushed nuts and knead the dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll out each.
  6. Grease a baking sheet with butter, carefully place the cake on it. Bake the cakes in turn in an oven preheated to 250 degrees until golden brown and ready. Cool down.
  7. Prepare cottage cheese cream for the cake: combine sour cream, cottage cheese with a blender into a homogeneous mass, add a third of the crushed nuts, powdered sugar and mix.
  8. Lubricate the cakes with curd cream, laying one on top of the other.
  9. Decorate the top cake, smeared with cream, with the remaining nuts (chopped and halves).
  10. Nut cake is ready. Enjoy your meal!
