Prepare a filled pancake pie in the oven and be surprised at the obviousness of an idea that always seems to be on the surface. Simple, but at the same time original! And all you have to do is bake thin pancakes, stuff them with cheese-spinach stuffing with salmon, then put them in a mold, sprinkle with grated cheese and send them to bake. The result is a delicious and incredibly satisfying dish that can be served to loved ones for dinner, and guests can "present". You will see: the pancake pie with a filling in the oven will be incredibly successful, and your culinary skills will be exalted to the skies!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare pancake dough. Sift flour with a slide into a large bowl, make a depression in the center, add eggs and vegetable oil. Pour milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring. Mix thoroughly, cover the bowl with the dough with foil or a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the pie filling. Wash the spinach, put in a saucepan, cover tightly and cook without water over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool (just defrost frozen spinach). Then squeeze the spinach thoroughly, put in a blender, add curd cheese, yogurt and horseradish. Grind until smooth.
  3. Wash green onions, dry well and chop. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Stir in the spinach cheese filling with the prepared fish and green onions.
  4. Bake pancakes for a pie. Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan with a diameter of 18 cm. l. vegetable oil. Pour the dough with a ladle, spread it over the entire pan and fry for 1.5 minutes. Turn the pancake over and fry for another 1 minute. Transfer to a dish. Also bake 14 more pancakes, put them in a stack on a plate.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the rolls in a round baking dish, folding them "snail" in a circle. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the pie and bake for 20-25 minutes.
