Amazingly tender and delicious food! This pasta in a creamy sauce is worthy of any festive table. This dish can be served in a very original way if you put the tomatoes and squid rings on the dish in a circle directly on the spaghetti. It will turn out not only delicious, but also very beautiful.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. How to cook squid pasta? Prepare the required ingredients. Any pasta is suitable for pasta: long (spaghetti, fettuccini) or medium (penne, farfalle, fusili, penne, etc.). I settled on spaghetti. You can use small cherry tomatoes or larger plum tomatoes.
  2. Cut plum tomatoes into thick slices, cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Peel raw squid from the skin and entrails and cut into rings. Cut the squid tails into strips too. If using frozen squid, defrost them first. Dry the prepared squid so that the water, getting into the boiling oil, does not start shooting.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic. If you wish, you can pass the garlic through a press.
  5. Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add garlic, followed by chopped squid. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Frying longer will cause the squid to become rubbery and tasteless, so once the squid is round, remove the pan from the heat.
  7. In a saucepan in plenty of salted water, boil the spaghetti until al dente. Throw the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.
  8. Place the spaghetti in the squid skillet. Pour in cream, add tomatoes, herbs.
  9. Mix everything well and gently.
  10. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Put the finished pasta on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs if desired and serve. Bon Appetit!
