  1. First you need to get the butter out of the refrigerator.

  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites with powdered sugar until well foamed. Then gradually add the yolks, beating. Next, also gradually add the sifted dry mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the biscuit dough in a thin layer. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Now you need to prepare for rolling the roll - wet one towel, lay it flat on the table, fill it with water in a mug and put it next to it.
  6. When the cake for the roll is ready, turn it over on a towel and moisten the paper well with water.
  7. Gradually carefully remove the paper from the dough - wet, it will be removed from the cake like a rag.
  8. Together with a towel, roll the biscuit cake into a roll and set it aside.
  9. Now the stuffing. Mix all cream ingredients well. You can beat them with a mixer (it took me about 10 minutes, I guess).
  10. Now unfold the roll.
  11. Gently grease the cake with cream. A little more can be concentrated on the side from which you will begin to roll the roll.
  12. Now carefully roll the chocolate roll with cream and put it in the refrigerator.
