Simply delicious! Try a new seafood recipe! I love seafood and squid are a favorite in this product category. I also really like the "marinated" variation. The recipe is simple, but the squid ... well, just lick your fingers!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To begin with, we put a pot of water on the fire and send the thawed squids into boiling water. After the water boils, cook them for another three minutes. We take out the seafood, rinse it under cold water and remove the curled skins.
  2. Put the squid in a jar in layers, alternating seafood with coarsely chopped onions and garlic cloves cut into several parts. We also put lavrushka and peppercorns in a jar.
  3. The water in which the squid was boiled is filtered, cooled and poured into a jar. We put salt, sugar there, pour in acetic acid. Cover the jar with a lid and leave the squid for four hours, then drain the marinade.
  4. We tamp the squid, add, if required, salt and sugar, as well as lemon juice. Fill the squid with oil. After two to three hours, they are ready to eat.
  5. Bon Appetit!
