Pie with curd-coconut balls and custard. It is not only very beautiful, but also delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar and yolk, add coconut and stir. Shavings can go a little more, depending on the moisture content of the curd.
  2. From the resulting mass, make small balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
  3. Put the balls in the freezer for half an hour.
  4. Beat softened margarine with sugar until fluffy, gradually add eggs and the remaining protein.
  5. Then pour in sour cream, milk, flour and baking powder, mix well.
  6. Pour half of the dough into a greased form (I have parchment).
  7. In the remaining dough, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa, mix and pour over white dough. Carefully distribute so that they do not mix and do not turn out marble. :)
  8. Place the frozen balls on top and press them into the dough.
  9. Pie "Morning dew" bake for about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
  10. For the custard, beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the flour and stir.
  11. Pour in 2 cups of milk and put on fire, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  12. Cook the cream until thick.
  13. Put the cream on the cooled cake and sprinkle the morning dew cake with cocoa or coconut.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
