Pie with potatoes, bacon and cheese, on crumbly shortcrust pastry, is a variant of the French dish "Tartiflette". If you strictly follow the traditional recipe, then you need to use Reblochon cheese, but you can replace it with Brie or Camembert cheese.

  2. Pour in 3 tbsp. l. cold water and knead to a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and then put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  4. Drain the water, cut the potatoes into 5 mm strips.
