Delicious crispy rolls with lots of potato filling are very easy to prepare. Thanks to the addition of cheese, the filling turns out to be very tender, greens give freshness, and garlic - piquancy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium pieces. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, salt and place over medium heat.
  2. Boil the potatoes after boiling for about 20 minutes, until tender.
  3. Drain the broth and mash the potatoes until smooth.
  4. Rinse the dill and chop finely. Place it in a pot of potatoes.
  5. Peel, chop and add garlic to potatoes and dill.
  6. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and place in a saucepan. Pepper and stir everything until smooth.
  7. Divide the mass into 6 parts.
  8. Cut a sheet of pita bread into rectangles measuring 14x17 cm.I got 6 pieces.
  9. Place some of the potato filling on the narrow edge of each piece of pita bread.
  10. Roll up the pita bread. Do this with all the pita bread sheets and potato filling. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil (I have a 15x18 cm mold) and lay out the tubes in one layer.
  11. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  12. Melt the butter in any convenient way.
  13. Brush the top and sides of the straws with melted butter.
  14. Sprinkle poppy seeds on the tubules.
  15. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the pita rolls for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  16. Lavash rolls with potatoes and cheese are ready.
  17. Bon Appetit!
