  4. Beat the soft butter with a mixer until smooth and, without stopping the beating, add the condensed milk in a thin stream. Thus, beat the cream until smooth. We cool the cream, that is, send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Cream for poppy seed cake is ready.
  5. Now let's assemble the cake. We put one cake on a cake dish and grease with cream. So with all the cakes. We cover the top with cream plentifully. Do not forget to smear the cream and the sides of the cake.
  6. So, the cake is smeared with cream, now you need to decorate the cake. This is where your imagination is needed. I just sprinkled coconut flakes on the poppy seed cake. We put the finished cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, you can overnight.
