The boats are a complete dish with meat, potato garnish, pickled cucumber appetizer. Great for dinner.

  1. Cut the frozen dough into twelve rectangles.
  2. Roll them out, make cuts on opposite sides.
  3. Peel and wash the potatoes. Boil in salted water.
  4. Make mashed potatoes with 30 grams of oil.
  5. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
  6. Finely chop the meat, fry, sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  7. Add the onion, cut into half rings, cook covered for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid, cook over high heat until the liquid evaporates.
  9. Put a tablespoon of potatoes on the dough, distribute evenly.
  10. Put meat on potatoes, cucumbers on top.
  11. Roll the dough one by one on both sides so that the cuts are in the middle of the pie - one above the other.
  12. Pinch the edges to form a boat.
  13. Spread a baking sheet with oil, lay on special paper.
  14. Place boats, sprinkle with cheese, spread with beaten egg.
  15. Cook boats with pork and potatoes for 15-25 minutes, keep the temperature at 200 degrees.
