Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and dice the onion. Preheat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil, fry the onions and carrots until lightly browned.
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, add semolina, eggs, fried onions with carrots and mayonnaise. To prevent the potatoes from darkening, you can add onion juice, then the potatoes will remain light.
Add spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
