Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan, season with salt. Dip the chopped dough into boiling water. Boil. Cook in salted boiling water until tender (about 2-3 minutes).
Throw the finished products in a colander.
In prepared potatoes, stirring, add small portions, pre-strained through a colander, dough squares.
