Thanks to breadcrumbs, potato wedges are obtained with a golden brown crust. Very fast, budget-friendly, and most importantly - very tasty. Preparing is elementary, you can even entrust the preparation of such potatoes to children.

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
  2. We spread the potato wedges in a container, pour over with vegetable oil and mix well so that the potatoes are completely covered with oil.
  3. Pour bread crumbs into a small container. The best thing, of course, is to make homemade bread crumbs with your own hands (the link to the recipe is in the list of products).
  4. Then add spices and salt. We mix.
  5. Pour the cooked fragrant breading into a container with potatoes. Mix everything carefully.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with oil. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet. We level so that the potatoes lie in one layer.
  7. We bake the potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot baked potatoes. This is an excellent side dish for meat or fish, and you can serve baked potatoes as a separate dish - it is very tasty to dip potato wedges in your favorite sauce.
