Delicious and simple pastries for tea - a quick cake. The cake recipe can be supplemented by adding poppy seeds, raisins or berries to the dough. Also, such a cake can be cut into 2-3 parts and smeared with your favorite cream, for example, sour cream.

  1. Turn on the oven.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Sift flour.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  5. Grind the eggs with sugar until smooth, add soda (can be quenched with vinegar or lemon juice), salt, vanilla, sour cream or yogurt, mix.
  6. Pour the sifted flour, pour in the melted butter and knead the dough.
  7. Rinse raisins, dry. Add raisins or other fillers to the quick cake, mix well.
  8. To stir thoroughly.
  9. Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold. Place the cake pan on the middle shelf.
  10. Bake a quick cake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for about 30 minutes (baking time depends on the size of the mold and the characteristics of the oven).
  11. Quick cake is ready.
