Such instant Napoleon cake can be made in just 1-1.5 hours. Just. Delicious. Gently. Solemnly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift flour. Chop flour and margarine with a knife until fine crumbs are obtained. Add sour cream and knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the cream for the Napoleon cake. To do this, mix eggs with sugar, flour and vanilla. Dilute with cold milk. Put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add butter. Mix well. Cool down.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees. Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Divide into 7 parts. Roll each part of the dough into a thin layer, cut off the excess edges. Transfer to a baking sheet. Prick the crust with a fork. Bake in the oven on the middle rack until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. So in turn bake all the cakes.
  4. Put the first cake on the dish, grease generously with cream, put the next cake on it, brush with cream, etc.
  5. Grind one cake with a rolling pin into crumbs. Decorate the Napoleon cake with prepared crumbs and let it soak at least overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. Fast "Napoleon" is ready.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
