Delicious coconut roll, reminiscent of the famous chocolate bar. Naturally prepared dessert without baking, from the simplest ingredients!

Ingredients

  1. Crush cookies into crumbs.
  2. Add cocoa, stir.
  3. Warm milk, dissolve sugar and vanillin in it.
  4. Add milk to cookies.
  5. Knead a sticky dough.
  6. Combine softened butter, icing sugar and coconut flakes.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Stretch cling film on the table.
  9. With your hands (lightly wetting your hands with water), evenly distribute the chocolate mass in the shape of a rectangle, 0.5-0.8 cm thick.
  10. Spread the coconut filling on top, concentrating a little more on the side from which you will begin to roll the roll.
  11. Using cling film, carefully roll up the roll.
  12. Cover with the same film and put in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours. Then take it out of the freezer and leave it in the fridge.
