Very appetizing and delicious! What the doctor ordered! Tomato Shrimp is a modern dish, the recipe for which I found after I had a chance to taste this dish. I will not say that everyone likes this food (for example, my husband categorically rejected it, but only because he does not like shrimp), but nevertheless, it is worth trying it. Connoisseurs of fish cuisine will be delighted. The dish turns out to be spicy, very invigorating. Serve well with boiled rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over the shrimps for 5 minutes, then peel. Fry the peeled shrimps in a pan with butter until a beautiful crust, add salt almost before the end of frying.
  2. Chop bell peppers, onions, canned pineapples and tomatoes (it is better to peel them). Fry the onion in oil until golden, add bell pepper to it, fry lightly, then put pineapples and tomatoes. Salt and mix everything. Cover and simmer for half an hour over low heat. At the very end, add ground pepper and chopped parsley.
  3. Turn off heat and add shrimp to sauce without stirring. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Then serve with a side dish.
