  1. Prepare the indicated foods for the salad. Fresh cucumbers, two small or one large. The squid should be thawed at room temperature. Pre-boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then chill in cold water. Fresh dill, about 8 - 10 twigs. For salad dressing I will use mayonnaise, but you can dress salad with sour cream, natural yogurt, or a mixture of mayonnaise with sour cream. Prepare a deep bowl or salad bowl.
  2. Peel the squid, remove the ridges, entrails. Pour cold water into a saucepan and place over high heat. Rinse each carcass under cold running water. Dip the squid carcasses in boiling water for 1 - 2 minutes from the moment of boiling and remove, putting them on a plate. Let the squid cool completely. It is not worth boiling squid for a long time, otherwise they will become tough, rubbery.
  3. Once the squid has cooled, cut into strips and place in a bowl of your choice for a salad. The squid and all the ingredients can be chopped arbitrarily, but in this case I choose cutting into strips, since it seems to me that it looks more appetizing with such a cut.
  4. Peel boiled and chilled eggs and cut into strips. Add the chopped eggs to the squid bowl.
  5. Rinse fresh cucumbers with cold running water, cut off the ends and cut into strips. Add the sliced ​​cucumber to the salad bowl.
  6. Rinse fresh dill with running cold water and shake off excess liquid. For salad, take thin shoots and leaves, leave thick stems, for example, for soup. Chop fresh dill and add to salad.
  7. Season the salad with mayonnaise and stir. Try the salad with salt, salt and stir if necessary.
  8. The prepared salad can be served immediately after it is prepared. This salad can be served as a full-fledged light dinner, as well as a salad for a daily or holiday menu.
