Delicious and healthy seafood salad! The seafood salad is not only delicious but also healthy! A simple dish made from readily available ingredients. Suitable for a festive table and for a daily meal!

  1. Step 1. Prepare all the required foods. From my own experience, I know that salad is the tastiest if the squid is unpeeled. Generally unrefined, - and take such dishes for this. Although it is quite possible to take white peeled or even canned in a jar. Bigger shrimps, of course, are better. But the use of small peeled, so-called salad shrimps is also allowed. If you accidentally overcook the squid, continue to cook it for another 2 hours and it will soften again. The squid must be boiled for either 2 minutes or 2 hours.
  4. Step 4. Peel the shrimp. Because our shrimps are boiled-frozen, it is not necessary to cook them at all. You can simply pour boiling water or hot water over them, then after 10 minutes, drain the water.
  5. Step 5. Also drain the squid, cool it a little and cut into thin strips. However, the type of cutting can also be to your taste: both in cubes and in rings.
  6. Step 6. Boil eggs hard-boiled. This is usually about 8-10 minutes after boiling. Refrigerate, peel and dice.
  7. Step 7. Mix everything chopped, salt a little. But quite a bit, because the squid was boiled in salted water, and the mayonnaise is quite salty.
  8. Step 8. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything well. I recommend using your own homemade mayonnaise - at least you know what it was made from. Those who wish may well replace mayonnaise with delicious fat sour cream or vice versa, with light yogurt without additives, for example, Greek.
  9. Step 9. Serve the salad immediately to the table. Bon Appetit!
