You can cook a salad with krill meat, egg and cucumber in a maximum of 20 minutes - the rest of the time it needs to stand in the refrigerator to become even tastier. This delicate salad of four ingredients is very good for any holidays and friendly gatherings!

  1. How to make a salad with krill, egg and cucumber? First, prepare the ingredients you need. Take large, selected eggs. If the eggs are small, use 3.
  2. Wash the cucumber, dry, peel and cut into small cubes. The finer you cut the cucumber, the tastier the salad will be. In some recipes, the cucumber is rubbed on a coarse grater. I do not advise you to do this, because this way a lot of juice will stand out from the cucumber and your salad will "float" and become too watery. And if you squeeze the grated cucumbers, it will turn out rather dry. Better cut into small cubes.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs, refrigerate and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate on a fine grater separately into separate dishes. The finer the grated eggs, the more tender and airy the consistency of the whole salad will turn out.
  4. Wash green onions, dry and chop with a knife, not very finely, but not coarsely.
  5. I advise you to put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag or plastic bag and cut off the tip. So it will be more convenient to apply it to the salad, without crushing all the layers, as is sometimes the case when using a spoon.
  6. Place a culinary ring with a diameter of 12-14 cm on a plate.Place the cucumbers in the first layer. Make a net of mayonnaise on top.
  7. Spread the krill mixture on top of the cucumbers and flatten.
  8. Place the grated egg whites on top of the krill and pour over the mayonnaise as well.
  9. Sprinkle whites with grated yolks and smooth. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak. If you intend to keep it in the refrigerator for longer, use cling film to tighten the top.
  10. Before serving, carefully remove the culinary ring, garnish the salad with green onions, a net of mayonnaise and pomegranate seeds. Bon Appetit!
