  1. I scald the squid with boiling water and carefully clean it from the films and take out the ridge. I cook the fillet for about five minutes in boiling salty water. When the squid is cool, I cut them into thin strips. Finely chop the onion and lightly sprinkle it with a mixture of vinegar and water. I stir the onion, squid strips with seaweed, olive oil and pepper. I start the tartlets, decorate them with finely chopped parsley on top and serve them to the table. At times, I really want only seafood, usually in early spring, when it's still far from summer with a warm sea and a sunny beach. In such cases, I read the brochures of travel agencies, in which, in addition to advertising travel, sometimes interesting recipes are posted.
