Semolina dessert with chocolate

This delicious chocolate bar is made from biscuits, semolina, condensed milk and chocolate, according to a Turkish cuisine recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and add boiled condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the condensed milk is completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and add, stirring, semolina. Then add butter.
  2. Stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps, and cook until thickened.
  3. Cover a mold with a volume of at least 1 liter with cling film or foil.
  4. Put half of the semolina into the form. Put a layer of cookies on top.
  5. Then again porridge and cookies. When cool, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to solidify.
  6. For chocolate icing, add sugar and starch to milk, mix. Put on a small fire. Add the chocolate broken into pieces and cook, stirring, until the chocolate has melted.
  7. Frozen dessert turn over on a wire rack, free from form.
  8. Pour (spread) the semolina dessert with chocolate icing. Let glaze dry.
  9. Then transfer the semolina dessert to a dish and cut into pieces.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
