Based on tiramisu, I prepared such a cherry cake from savoiardi biscuit sticks, sour cream and cherries. Cherries and sour cream give the dessert a spicy sourness. In addition, this no-bake sour cream cake is several times cheaper than tiramisu dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the frozen cherries in a small saucepan, pour 3/4 cup of water, add 1/2 cup of sugar. Put on the stove, bring to a boil, boil for about a minute.
  2. Then discard the cherry in a colander.
  3. Collect the syrup in a bowl, let cool to a warm state.
  4. Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar.
  5. Line the bottom of a 23 cm springform pan with foil or cling film.
  6. Dip each savoiardi stick, sugar side up, in the warm cherry syrup for 3-4 seconds, then place in the bottom of the pan, wet side up, in a single layer.
  7. Pour about 1/3 of the sour cream on top, put the cherry on the cream.
  8. Top with another layer of syrup-soaked savoiardi sticks.
  9. Cover with the remaining sour cream.
  10. Send the cake without baking to the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  11. Remove the sour cream cake with cherries from the refrigerator, turn upside down on a dish. Carefully remove the mold and film. Sprinkle the cherry cake with cocoa or grated chocolate (both go well with cherries).
