Sour cream cake with crackers, halva, nuts and berries is just a godsend for busy housewives, as it takes a minimum of time to prepare. It is also pleasing that such a dessert is prepared absolutely without baking and any fuss with the dough. The combination of cream base, berries, halva and crackers is very successful.   5. Add gelatin to cream and stir.
  6. 300 g of halva crumble and add to the creamy mass.
  7. Whisk for 1 minute.
  8. Add sour cream and beat for about 1 minute more.
  9. Remove stems from strawberries. We wash the berries and dry them.
  10. We chop the nuts. We leave a few halves of walnuts to decorate the cake.
  11. We break the remaining halva into large pieces. Set aside a small piece of halva for decoration. In a bowl, combine crackers, nuts and halva. If you are using large crackers, break them into pieces as well.
  12. Add creamy-sour cream mass with gelatin and mix.
  13. We cover the bottom of the detachable form with cling film.
  14. We spread a third of the mass.
  15. Then distribute half of the berries.
  16. Thus, lay out the whole mass and berries. Leave a few berries if you like for decoration. Lay out the buttercream as the last layer. We knock the mold on the table so that the mass is evenly distributed and the air comes out. We send the form to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  17. After a while, we pass with a thin knife along the side.
  18. Invert the cake onto a serving platter and gently remove from the mold.
  19. Decorate the cake as you wish. I use berries, nuts, halva.
