Sour cream homemade cookies

Homemade sour cream pastries are always soft and tender.

Ingredients

• Sugar - 90 g;
• Cream - 250 g;
• Flour - 250 g;
• Salt;
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

Directions

1. Pour sour cream into a bowl. Add baking powder and salt.
2. Add sugar. Mix.
3. Add flour. Knead. The dough will turn out plastic.
4. Put away in the cold.
5. Get in half an hour.
6. Roll out. Cut out the shapes. You can use any molds or shot glass.
7. Grease the pan with oil. Unfold the figures. Bake.
