  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, and season with salt and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Drain the tuna oil.
  3. Peel a clove of garlic and cut in half. Remove seeds and partitions from bell peppers, cut into thin strips. Grind olives into a paste with a blender.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic, 1 min. Add bell peppers, fry for 3 minutes. Then put the tuna in the skillet. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the olive paste, stir and keep on low heat for another 2-3 minutes, salt and pepper.
  6. Once the spaghetti is ready, use tongs to transfer the spaghetti to the sauce pan and stir well. Sprinkle the spaghetti with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
