Cooking a cake in Spanish - a delicious chocolate cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat butter and sour cream in the microwave and add chocolate. Stir to melt chocolate.
  2. Whilst it is cooling, beat the eggs and sugar well and gradually add the sour cream mixture (it should not be warm).
  3. Next, add the rest of the ingredients (flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder).
  4. I bake for 30 minutes. Some may be faster, some slower.
  5. Cream:
  6. Melt chocolate in milk (instead of milk, you can use a couple of tablespoons of sour cream).
  7. Add the yolk of two eggs to the chocolate-milk mixture and mix well. Let cool.
  8. In the meantime, beat the whites of two eggs separately. So that the mass is thick, like sour cream.
  9. And whip the cream very well.
  10. Add gradually melted chocolate with yolks to the cream. Stir carefully. And add whites.
  11. Apply the cream on all layers, and on the top one too. Refrigerate the Spanish chocolate cake overnight, or at least 3 hours.
  12. Glaze:
  13. Melt butter, add chocolate and condensed milk.
  14. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, you can remove it from the gas stove and let it cool slightly. Stir from time to time.
  15. The top layer with cream should be poured over with glaze. Place the Spanish chocolate cake back in the refrigerator to set.
  16. Good luck!
