SPICY TIGER SHRIMPS

A super appetizer for any table, ideal for seafood lovers. Incredibly tasty and very satisfying!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the tiger prawns leaving the head and tip of the tail. If you wish, make a part of the shrimp with the head without, for example, I love without, and my husband, well, loves to sort out the head too! Take a skewer and MUST remove the intestines !!!
  2. Then mix in a plate: garlic passed through a press + 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil + provencal herbs. We marinate our shrimps in this mixture for at least an hour.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the ginger cut into rings, fry a little, and lay out our shrimp, salt, fry on both sides.
  4. We put it on a dish. Bon Appetit!
