A familiar herring under a fur coat can sometimes afford to turn into sprats under a fur coat. The meaning of everyone's favorite dish does not change, but something new and original is added. Who is against innovative ideas ?!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil carrots, potatoes and beets in their skins. Cool them down and clean. Grate carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater, beets on a fine grater.
  2. Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the onion and cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the garlic finely.
  4. Throw the sprats in a colander to glass the oil, and mash with a fork.
  5. Layer sprats, onions, mayonnaise, potatoes, mayonnaise, carrots, mayonnaise, cucumber, egg, mayonnaise and cheese in layers on a flat dish.
  6. Separately mix the beets, mayonnaise and garlic and place on top of the salad. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
