SQUID STUFFED WITH RICE AND EGG

Squid stuffed with rice and eggs - for those who want something exotic. Another mouth-watering seafood dish.

  1. Prepare the filling: boil the rice in salted water, rinse and cool. Cook three eggs, peel and cut into cubes. We wash the greens under running water and cut them. Mix rice, eggs and herbs in one bowl, add a raw egg, salt to taste, mix.
  2. Stuff squid carcasses, placing the filling tightly with a spoon.
  3. We put the stuffed squid in a frying pan, pour with sour cream, add half a glass of water. As soon as the sauce boils, gently turn the stuffed carcasses over to the other side and simmer for two minutes.
  4. Ready squid can be safely served. Bon Appetit!
