An original appetizer for seafood lovers! My mother lives 3,000 kilometers away from me. we often talk on the phone with her and, among other things, share culinary recipes for new food. Last week she talked about fried squid. I thought it was very interesting and probably delicious, so I prepared it without hesitation and, I must say, did not regret it. I am telling you how to cook this appetizer.

  1. First, take frozen squid, put it in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. When the seafood is thawed, drain the water and clean the squid. After that, we rinse them thoroughly in running cold water. Now peel the onion, cut it into half rings and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. A few minutes before the onion is ready, add the garlic cut into petals. After that, put the squid cut into thin rings in a container with onions and garlic, salt to taste, mix everything thoroughly. Leave to roast over high heat, stirring for about 2 minutes, then immediately remove from heat and cover. When the dish is infused, you can serve it to the table!
