This dish can be cooked in a double boiler or microwave oven. I cooked in a microwave oven, the food is ideally steamed, preserving the taste as much as possible. Thanks to gentle cooking, it is possible to preserve nutrients and vitamins.

  1. Products for cooking. Vegetable mixture - 1 carrot, sweet pepper, green beans, broccoli.
  2. Peel and slice vegetables and sour apple.
  3. Bring the water in the microwave to a boil in the "Microwave" mode and blanch the chopped vegetables for 1 minute.
  4. We drain the water, put the vegetables in a sieve.
  5. Defrost the fish in the "Turbo defrost" mode and cut into portions.
  6. Pour 200 ml of water into a container.
  7. Installing the steaming stand.
  8. We spread the vegetable mixture with the apple.
  9. Then we put the pieces of fish.
  10. We close the dish, cover it tightly and put it in the microwave oven. Cooking the dish in the "Microwave" mode. I chose 800 W power and 10 minutes time.
  11. It turned out to be such an appetizing dish. Vegetables retained not only juiciness, but also color.
  12. We lay out vegetables and fish on plates. Sprinkle the dish with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
