When you combine strawberries and bananas in this dessert, you get delicious tenderness! For me, this is the best curd dessert without baking! Strawberry Banana Terrine (don't be afraid of the name!) is super easy to make!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We start with gelatin, soak in a few tablespoons of water (carefully read the instructions on your package). Let's swell.
  2. Beat cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream with a blender (mixer). Do not forget to add vanilla (I have vanilla extract, I will add a few drops)
  3. Mash one banana and add to the curd.
  4. We introduce melted gelatin into the curd mass (you can melt it in a water bath or in a microwave), mix well.
  5. Cut the second banana into medium cubes.
  6. We remove part of the strawberries (several pieces) to the side, cut the rest into cubes.
  7. Sliced banana and strawberries are sent to the prepared curd mass, mix gently.
  8. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and add to the curd as well. Gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
  9. At the bottom of a deep form, lay out the remaining strawberries (cut in halves) and distribute the cottage cheese on top. Make sure there are no voids.
  10. We remove the cottage cheese terrine with strawberries and bananas in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (longer if you stand it). :)
  11. We take out the strawberry-banana terrine and cut into pieces. Everything froze perfectly and at the same time remained very tender, gelatin just right.
  12. Delicious, tender, very pretty!
