Strawberry dessert with savoiardi cookies and buttercream

We are preparing an awesome summer dessert without baking and without eggs - strawberry tiramisu in the form of a roll. Biscuits soaked in strawberry sauce with cream and mascarpone cream.

  1. Cooking strawberry sauce. Boil strawberries (I have frozen) with water for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar. We interrupt the strawberries with a blender.
  3. Let the strawberry sauce cool.
  4. Cream of cream and mascarpone cheese. Whip cold cream until thick.
  5. Add powdered sugar. Whisk again.
  6. Add cold mascarpone and beat until thick cream.
  7. We remove the cream in the refrigerator.
  8. Dip the cookies in strawberry sauce (you can hold it a little longer so that the sauce soaks the cookies until soft), take it out and put it on baking paper in the form of a rectangle.
  9. Spread a little more than half of the cream on the cookies, spread evenly.
  10. Spread slices of fresh strawberries on the cream.
  11. Using paper, roll everything into a roll.
  12. We send the strawberry tiramisu to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  13. After that, distribute the remaining cream over the roll and sprinkle with cocoa. Decorate dessert with strawberries.
