  3. Add mayonnaise or sour cream. You can choose the lightness and fat content of the products according to your taste! Stir all the curd so that it is completely mixed with the mayonnaise and salt.
  4. Peel the wrappers from the crab sticks. If they were not defrosted in advance by transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight, then simply place them in a container with high sides and pour boiling water over them. After a few minutes, drain the warm water and refill with boiling water.
  5. A little trick - crab sticks unwind well only after they have been in boiling water for about 5 minutes and become soft. Without steaming, you will not be able to properly unfold them - it will tear at the folds. Take out the sticks one at a time and unfold on the board. Spread the filling on the inner edge using a teaspoon and roll back, gently pressing the crab meat into the filling. The crab stick will grow significantly in breadth!
  6. Thus, lay out the entire bottom layer of stuffed sticks, and then brush its surface with mayonnaise or sour cream.
  7. Put the second prepared layer on it. Lay them out in the form of a triangle, lubricating each layer. Put them in the refrigerator for an hour, and - finita! Bon appetit!
