  1. Boil water, add salt. For twenty seconds, lower a couple of squid carcasses, pull out. When the water boils again, repeat the same procedure with the remaining carcasses.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut, fry.
  3. Boil eggs, grate coarsely.
  4. Make minced meat by mixing mushrooms, eggs, herbs, crushed garlic.
  5. Fill the squid carcass with minced meat not completely. Secure the squid with a toothpick.
  6. Fold the stuffed carcasses in a baking dish, pour over sour cream, send to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
