The weather outside the window is not happy, it’s cold, I wanted to please the household with something sweet. The choice fell on a simple cake with condensed milk that does not require much effort and expense. The cake recipe is so easy to prepare that even novice hostesses will succeed.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind granulated sugar with sour cream and condensed milk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add eggs.
  2. Mix flour with cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to the whipped mass and mix well.
  3. Allow the resulting dough to stand for half an hour at room temperature.
  4. Divide the dough in half and put in two molds of the same diameter, oiled (or bake alternately).
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (consider the characteristics of your oven).
  6. Check the readiness of the cakes with a toothpick. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is ready. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. For cream, beat condensed milk with soft butter, cocoa and vanilla.
  8. If you get the same cakes, then cut both horizontally in half. I have one cake turned out thicker. I cut it and left the other one.
  9. Lubricate the cakes with cream and fold on top of each other. Top with a little cream too.
  10. Cut canned pineapple slices in half, and then in half again, in thickness. Kiwi cut into slices. Decorate the top of the cake with kiwi and pineapple. You can decorate with other fruits according to the season.
  11. Cake with condensed milk is ready.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
