  1. Well-washed tangerines are cut into pieces (along with the peel).
  2. Add sugar (150 g), water and send to a slow fire for 1 hour.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, remaining sugar and eggs with a blender until smooth. Add starch and mix thoroughly.
  4. Crush the cookies into crumbs. Add melted butter to it, stir.
  5. Put the crushed cookies with butter in a detachable form (22 cm) with baking paper, lightly oiled. We tamp well.
  6. Spread the curd mass on the cookie base.
  7. We send the cheesecake to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for about 35-40 minutes. Then leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven.
  8. Tangerine (when hot) puree with a blender. Add vanilla sugar and instant gelatin, stir until gelatin dissolves. We leave to cool.
  9. Then pour the tangerine jelly onto the curd layer. Place the cheesecake pan in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours.
  10. We take out the tangerine cheesecake cake from the mold and serve it to the festive table.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
