Everything is very simple: the base of the pie is made from ready-made cookies and butter, the filling for the tart is made from condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We put the cookies in a tight bag (you can use two) and grind them into not very small crumbs.
  2. Add the chilled butter, chopped into small pieces, to the biscuits and mix thoroughly.
  3. We evenly spread the resulting mass into the mold, as evenly as possible, forming sides about 2 cm high.
  4. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
  5. While the base is baking, prepare the filling for the tart. To do this, beat the yolks and add condensed milk to them. Continue whisking and add the juice of half a lemon. You should get a fairly thick mass.
  6. We take out our form with the base from the oven and pour in our filling.
  7. Distribute evenly, and put the tart back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. (I have a gas oven - it takes 15 minutes to cook).
  8. We take out the tart from the oven, decorate with berries, fruits or whipped cream (to your liking). I garnished with kiwi slices.
