Easy, quick to prepare, tender, and just delicious creamy chocolate cake!

That is, you need to beat with a mixer after each ingredient, eggs - as long as possible so that there is a lush foam. The dough should be quite liquid, as for a biscuit.
  2. We bake 3 thin shortcakes, about 0.5 cm. We set to cool.

  4. In a water bath or in the microwave, dissolve the chocolate (be sure to break the chocolate bars into slices to make it faster). We add milk to the melted chocolate (the milk must be hot, otherwise the chocolate will harden again and nothing will be stirred), mix well, you can even beat with a mixer to get a more uniform consistency. The sauce is ready.
  5. You can easily play with the consistency by putting it in the refrigerator for just a couple of minutes - the sauce will become like plasticine; or as a thick cream, warming up - it will be like a liquid toffee, but will never harden like a hard chocolate bar.
  6. Cooking buttercream:
  7. Take a deep bowl and drive an egg into it. Add sugar and beat well with a mixer. Pour in a can of condensed milk, a glass of regular milk, add vanillin, a little salt and whisk.
  8. Add the butter and put on the fire, be sure to stir constantly, otherwise the sugar will burn right there. We cook for two minutes.
  9. In advance, you need to prepare gelatin diluted in water, pour it into the resulting cream and stir well. Place in refrigerator until thickened.
  10. When the cream turns into jelly, beat it with a mixer (initially, after stirring a little with a spoon, otherwise the mixer may not work right away in such a density, and if you stir, everything beats perfectly). You get a cream that looks like custard.
  11. When all the ingredients for the cake are ready, soak the cakes with sweet tea, be sure to be juicy. We coat the first cake with butter cream, the second with chocolate sauce (so that the sauce does not stack and spread it more, as previously mentioned, it must be put in the refrigerator to thicken), the third again with butter cream.
  12. Decorate as you wish. We set the cake to soak overnight - and you're done.
