Recipe for tender coconut cake "Raffaello" without baking. A cake is prepared from cookies, boiled condensed milk, custard coconut cream and butter cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the sugar in a small saucepan or saucepan, sift the starch on top. (I used 60 g of starch. In my opinion, it’s a bit too much, you can take 45 grams.)
  2. Pour milk into a mixture of sugar and starch in a thin stream, stir and put on medium heat.
  3. Do not leave the mixture on fire unattended and stir it constantly so that no lumps form!
  4. The mass becomes thick sharply, at this moment remove the cream from the fire.
  5. Add coconut flakes, stir.
  6. In a hot cream, the chips will be steamed and will be soft, fragrant.
  7. When the custard has cooled slightly, add the butter.
  8. Stir. Cover the coconut custard with cling film (the cling film should be placed directly on the surface of the cream so that the cream does not wind and dry out). Cool the cream completely.
  9. Put a small layer of coconut cream on the bottom of a spacious form. Top with a layer of cookies.
  10. Then put a layer of boiled condensed milk on a layer of cookies and level with a spatula.
  11. Next, put another layer of cookies on the condensed milk and all the remaining coconut cream.
  12. Spread the cream evenly, compacting slightly
  13. Prepare buttercream.
  14. To do this, combine heavy cream, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.
  15. Whip the buttercream with a mixer.
  16. Put another layer of cookies on top of the coconut cream, and all the buttercream on top.
  17. Smooth out.
  18. Sprinkle a cake of cookies, two types of cream and boiled condensed milk on top with coconut flakes and put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and preferably overnight.
