Cake "Tiramisu"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white.
  2. Melt the butter, add to milk at room temperature, mix. Pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture in a thin stream, stirring gently.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder. Gradually stir into the dough.
  4. My form is no longer reliable, so I greased it with butter and sprinkled with flour; if you have a good form, you can do without it.
  5. Transfer the dough into a mold (I have 20 cm).
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until cooked. Check for "dry stick".
  7. Cream.
  8. Beat the yolks with sugar until white, pour in the liquor in a thin stream, continuing to beat.
  9. Mascarpone, room temperature, mash with a fork.
  10. Whip chilled cream with powdered sugar until firm. Gently stir in the mascarpone.
  11. Combine butter and egg mixture. Place in refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  12. Pour boiling water over coffee, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved, add liquor. (You can, of course, brew strong coffee.)
  13. Cut the biscuit into 3 cakes (I had an idea to bake 3 cakes separately, it would have turned out more beautiful, but I became too lazy).
  14. Soak each cake with coffee.
  15. Layer cakes with butter cream.
  16. Decorate the Tiramisu cake with chocolate or cocoa. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
