Tasty Chocolate cake without baking

Incredibly delicious no-bake chocolate cake. A dessert cake is being prepared from cookies, butter and dark chocolate with cream.

Ingredients

  1. First, prepare the base for the cookie and butter cake. To do this, melt the butter in the microwave (2 minutes at 800 W) or in a steam bath.
  2. We spread the cookies broken into pieces in a blender, add a pinch of salt and pour in the melted butter. We break everything together to a small crumb.
  3. The resulting mass is laid out in a detachable form (diameter 16 cm).
  4. Using a glass, we tamp the mass well along the bottom of the mold. We send the form with the base for dessert to the freezer for 20 minutes.
  5. Cooking chocolate ganache. To do this, mix the pieces of chocolate and cream.
  6. We heat the chocolate with cream in a steam bath, stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
  7. Add sugar and butter to melted chocolate. Again, mix everything well until a smooth homogeneous mass is obtained.
  8. We take out the form with the base from the freezer, pour the prepared chocolate ganache onto the base of the cookies.
  9. We send the cake without baking in the refrigerator for the night or at least 3 hours.
  10. We take out the finished chocolate dessert from the refrigerator and sprinkle with cocoa powder through a strainer before serving.
