  4. Without stopping beating, add flour to the mixture of butter and sugar in three doses, alternately with one glass of milk. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  5. Put the beaten egg whites into the resulting dough and mix gently by hand.
  6. Line a springform pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters with baking paper and grease with butter. Put half of the dough into the mold.
  7. Sprinkle with 60 grams of chopped, lightly toasted nuts. Grind 50 grams of chocolate and spread on nuts.
  8. Cover with the remaining dough, level. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick.
  9. While the chocolate hazelnut cake is baking, prepare the chocolate icing for the cake. In a saucepan put 50 grams of chocolate, broken into small pieces, add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  10. Pour in a quarter cup of hot water and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts and the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add 30 grams of butter and stir until the butter melts.
  11. In a separate bowl, grind 3 yolks into a homogeneous mass, gradually add the hot chocolate-sugar mixture and beat until cool.
  12. We take the cake out of the mold, put it on a wooden board, let it cool slightly.
  13. Pour chocolate icing over the cake, evenly grease the entire cake and send it to the refrigerator for one hour.
  14. We transfer the cooled cake with nuts and chocolate to the dish on which we will serve it. Decorate with chopped nuts and chocolate. You can decorate the chocolate hazelnut cake according to your taste and imagination.
