Tasty Chocolate pie with nuts

The pie is prepared with four types of nuts, spices and raisins.

  1. Pour raisins with warm water, leave for 20 minutes. Then dry.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Grease a 25cm round springform tin with butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the nuts, candied fruits, raisins and all the spices. Add honey, flour, fennel and about 125 g of warm water to this mixture, knead a homogeneous dough (you may need a little more or less water).
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove the finished cake from the oven, let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then remove the chocolate cake with nuts from the mold, transfer to a wire rack, leave to cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, remove, leave to cool for 10 minutes. Lubricate the pie with icing, leave for 1 hour to harden the chocolate. Then cut the chocolate pie with nuts into portions and serve immediately.
