This soft and airy cake is prepared quite easily and quickly - from cottage cheese cakes (without rolling out the dough), which are baked in a pan, with a cream of sour cream and condensed milk. The cake has a delicate cottage cheese and sour cream taste with a light aroma of condensed milk. The cake does not require long soaking in the refrigerator, it can be enjoyed within an hour after preparation.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. For cakes, it is better to choose soft cottage cheese. If you use ordinary cottage cheese, it must be rubbed through a sieve or chopped with an immersion blender into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Let's start with the cream.
  4. In a saucepan combine sour cream, condensed milk, starch, vanilla sugar and soda.
  5. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
  6. We put the cream on the stove and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil over low heat (the cream should thicken). Then remove the pan with sour cream custard from the heat. Let the cream cool down to room temperature.
  7. Cooking cakes. In a bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt and condensed milk.
  8. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
  9. Add soda to flour. We mix.
  10. Add flour to curd mixture.
  11. Mix until smooth. The dough should be slightly thicker than for pancakes.
  12. Lubricate the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons of dough. Then dip a tablespoon in vegetable oil and evenly distribute the dough over the bottom of the pan. Pancake diameter - 17-18 cm, thickness - about 0.5 cm.
  13. Bake the cake over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  14. Then turn over and brown the cake on the second side (2 minutes).
  15. I got 6 curd cake layers. Cakes should cool to room temperature.
  16. We collect the cake. On the cake we apply about 1 tbsp. spoons with a slide of cream and distribute it over the surface. Put the second cake on top and again apply a layer of cream.
  17. So we collect the whole cake.
  18. We also apply cream to the topmost cake.
  19. Decorate the top of the cake with a mesh of melted chocolate or grated chocolate. We put the cottage cheese cake with sour cream custard for 1 hour in the refrigerator
  20. After that, the cake can be cut into portioned pieces and served.
  21. Enjoy your meal!
