Meringue cakes and biscuit cake. Cakes from whipped proteins are baked quickly, they turn out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.   6. Cut the kiwi into slices and lay out the "flower" on the cake. Pour jelly for cakes, let it harden.
  7. Lay the meringue cakes with hazelnuts on top.
