  4. In a separate bowl, beat butter with 250 g sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy. Whisking on low speed, gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed until fluffy. Gradually add the remaining sugar, beat until stable. Using a spatula, gently fold the egg whites into the batter. Put half of the dough in one form and the other half in another form.
  6. Place the molds with the dough in the oven and bake the cake layers with poppy seeds for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Remove the finished cakes from the molds, put on a wire rack to cool.
  8. In the meantime, prepare the cream for the cake with poppy seeds. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and butter until creamy.
  9. Form a cake with poppy seeds by smearing the cakes with cream and folding them.
