The laziest cake "Napoleon"

Ingredients

  1. Roll out the dough with a layer 2-3 mm thick. Cut into squares with sides about 3-4 cm.
  2. Transfer the dough squares to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200-220 degrees until brightly browned. Approximately 7-10 minutes.
  4. Release the eggs into the saucepan.
  5. Pour milk over eggs.
  6. Transfer the condensed milk to the egg-milk mixture.
  7. Pour in the flour.
  8. Add sugar, vanilla.
  9. Mix everything thoroughly and put on fire.
  10. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  11. Add butter and remove from heat. Mix, chill.
  12. Cover the bowl carefully with cling film. Put the puff squares in it.
  13. Lightly crush the squares with your hands to make about 30% crumbs.
  14. Pour the cream over the puffs, mix, cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator to harden.
  15. Turn the bowl over and place the cake on a plate. If desired, decorate the lazy "Napoleon" with grated chocolate.
